By accessing or using the Service during the 2026 Season, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all incorporated policies. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are strictly prohibited from using the Service.
Our services, including access to exclusive content and participation in promotional challenges, are available through paid subscriptions. All subscriptions are billed annually. Subscribers are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees. Subscribers may cancel their subscription within the first 30 days for a full refund. Subscribers are not eligible for any gold rewards or related benefits until the 30-day period has elapsed.
Participation in any reward, distribution, or promotional program requires successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Deep Blue Resources LLC reserves the right to verify subscriber identity and eligibility prior to issuing any rewards. Deep Blue Resources LLC may deny, suspend, or terminate rewards or participation in promotional programs in cases of suspected fraud, multiple accounts, identity misrepresentation, automated activity, or other misuse of the service. All promotions, challenges, rewards, and related programs are void where prohibited by law.
Subscriptions do not guarantee rewards. A subscription provides access to content only — it does not entitle or guarantee any gold rewards, challenge winnings, or promotional benefits of any kind. Rewards are earned exclusively through eligible activities as defined in the Official Challenge & Reward Rules.
Gold rewards are limited and subject to caps. All gold reward allocations are capped (280 oz referral program, 120 oz challenges) and governed by the official challenge and reward rules. Once these caps are reached, no further gold is distributed regardless of subscriber activity.
All reward programs are strictly voluntary. Participation in any reward, promotional, or challenge program is entirely optional and does not affect a subscriber's access to content. The reward programs are governed exclusively by the Official Challenge & Reward Rules, which are incorporated herein by reference.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with Deep Blue Resources LLC, its affiliates, service providers, suppliers, or other users. Any misuse of the Service may result in suspension or termination of access at the sole discretion of Deep Blue Resources LLC.
The Service — including all proprietary engineering, technical designs, and functional logic for equipment, Drones, and ROVs — is and shall remain the exclusive property of Deep Blue Resources LLC and its licensors.
Users are strictly prohibited from: reverse-engineering, decompiling, or replicating the physical or digital engineering of our Drones and ROVs; reproducing the proprietary "look and feel," technical schematics, or architectural designs; or creating derivatives based on our proprietary technical framework or equipment specifications.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. All information is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
In no event shall Deep Blue Resources LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
