No Odds of Winning

This program is strictly skill-based. There are no "odds of winning" as winners are determined solely by their individual performance. All challenges are voluntary.

1. Skill-Based Criteria

All Deep Blue Resources LLC challenges, including the 6-Video Challenge and Referral Milestones, are governed by:

  • Skill: The ability to identify numbers within our exclusive content.
  • Knowledge: General understanding of subsea mining presented in our videos.
  • Speed: The timestamp of a correct entry submission relative to the global subscriber base.
  • Verification Code: At the end of the video a number will be generated for each dashboard — it is unique to your ID to prevent cheating or media disclosure. You must enter this code into your Dashboard to prove you have watched the video. Watch time is monitored for botting purposes.

2. Eligibility & Participation

  • Active Subscription: Participants must maintain an active, paid-in-full annual subscription.
  • KYC Compliance: Winners must successfully complete "Know Your Customer" (KYC) identity verification prior to reward fulfillment.
  • Void Where Prohibited: This program is void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by local, state, or international law.
  • 400,000 Cap: The 2026 Season rewards and Founder Status are strictly limited to the first 400,000 verified subscribers.

3. Reward Disclosures

Participation in Deep Blue Resources programs does not constitute an investment.

  • No Equity: Rewards are promotional and do not grant ownership, equity, or voting rights in Deep Blue Resources LLC.
  • Gold Value: All gold rewards are based on weight. The monetary value of gold fluctuates and is not guaranteed by DBR.
  • Promotional Nature: Rewards are intended to foster community engagement and celebrate subsea exploration milestones.

Subscriptions do not guarantee rewards. Purchasing a subscription provides access to content only. Rewards are earned through eligible activities and are not guaranteed to any subscriber.

Gold rewards are limited. Total gold allocated is capped (280 oz referral, 120 oz challenges) and once depleted, no additional gold rewards will be issued regardless of subscriber activity.

Deep Blue Resources LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be using automated entry methods, multiple accounts, or fraudulent information.
